The yearly planner for the upcoming year will be added by the 31st of December of the current year (or earlier, depending on design schedule). You just need to follow the link in the PDF to keep track of the latest resources. Please note – this is not a physical planner. It is a PDF hyperlinked planner that you will need to use on a device as a chronic illness planner, symptom journal, or health diary. Helpful for those with chronic illness that may need to track symptoms, consultation notes and vitals to determine the frequency or progression of symptoms in a health journal.

After purchasing the bundle, you will be able to download the PDF with the link to the Lifetime Bundle via your account. This PDF will contain a link to a Dropbox folder where you can access the resources and download instantly.
