Description
Printable step tracker to chart daily step count. Print off the log each month, create a custom key, and record daily steps. Bind or staple your pages together. Alternatively, hole punch and place in a ring folder. This will ensure that all of your information remains in one place and can be easily referenced.
Use the daily step tracker to keep a summary of fitness or rehabilitation goals. This information can then be used as a reference for your doctor when examining your health history.
